Man caught by 13-year-old girls father as he 'had sex with her behind dumpsters'

• The girl's father and stepmother noticed she was missing and went looking for her around 2am last Saturday
• They found their daughter while she was having sex with Jetin

Caught: McGuyverson Jetin, 22, allegedly lured the girl, who is between the ages of 12-15, out of her apartment in the Lauderdale Lakes to have sex with him near the dumpsters in her complex

A 22-year-old man from Fort Lauderdale man had sex with a 13-year-old girl on several occasions.

Police say McGuyverson Jetin was caught in the act by the girl's parents.

When confronted with the evidence, Jetin confessed but said he never forced the girl to do anything she didn't want to do, investigators said.

'Her father had to pull you away from the teenager,' said Judge John Hurley during Jetin's initial court appearance on Monday.

'Allegedly you fled the scene in your underwear, socks and shoes,' Hurley said, reading from the arrest report.

Jetin convinced the girl to leave her home for sec at least five times earlier this year.

The family had recently moved to an apartment complex in Lauderdale Lakes.

Her father and stepmother only realized something was amiss when the girl's father and stepmother noticed she was not in her bedroom.

They went looking for her and after hearing noises in the parking lot, the father found Jetin and the girl near a Dumpster.

The father got into a fight with the man but police caught up with him and arrested him soon afterwards.

Jetin told detectives he asked the girl to send him naked pictures of herself on Saturday and sent two images to his cellphone, the arrest report.

Apparently this is not the first time that Jetin has been in trouble with the law and teenage girls.

Last year, a different teenager accused him of sexual battery.

'It is alleged that violence was used on her to get her to engage in sexual acts with you,' Hurley said, referring to the earlier case. 'The court believes that if you remain out on bond at any time, you represent a danger to the women of Broward County.'

Jetin faces five counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a victim between 12 and 16. The judge set his bond at $1.25 million.
