NASHVILLE, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Real-life sisters and Nashville stars Lennon and Maisy Stella have released a powerful cover of Charli XCX's hit single "Boom Clap."

The Canadian-American sisters rose to fame as the daughters of Connie Britton's character Rayna Jaymes, Maddie and Daphne, in the ABC musical drama in 212 and like most characters on the show, boy can they sing.

In addition to performing in the series, the girls have a YouTube channel where they post acoustic versions of pop songs. Their rendition of "Boom Clap" was uploaded to the video sharing site on Tuesday.

The famed track was written by British recording artist Charli XCX for the soundtrack of The Fault in Our Stars and is also featured in her second album Sucker.

After appearing on Nashville as recurring characters for the show's first two seasons, Lennon and Maisy were promoted to season regulars for its third and current season.
