Mike Fleiss, 'Bachelor' creator, arrested for disturbing 'Baywatch' star David Charvet
A spokesperson for the District Attorney's said in a statement that "on or between Aug. 1, 2014 and Sept. 27, 2014, the crime of disturbing the peace by loud noise, a misdemeanor, was committed by Mike L. Fleiss, who did willfully, unlawfully, and maliciously disturb another person, to wit, David Charvet by loud and unreasonable noise."
According to TMZ, the former Baywatch actor and Burke complained earlier this year that Feiss, their neighbor, "initiated a campaign of terror and harassment against them, making physical threats and blaring barking dog sounds at all hours from huge speakers pointing at their property."
The couple reportedly tried to get a restraining order against him in October, but were unsuccessful.
When police tried to investigate the incident, Fleiss was reportedly "uncooperative." The producer was formally charged on Nov. 18.
The reality television honcho has yet to publicly address the arrest.
