A mother is accused of giving her 12 and 13-year-old sons tattoos.

Chantilly Thomas, 34, of Frewsburg, New York allegedly used a tattoo gun to give her sons permanent ink.

Police say that Thomas wrote 'Ride or Die' on the back of her 12-year-old son and inked a lightning bolt on the back of her 13-year-old's hand, reported WKBW.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office said that they received a call from a worried individual who told police to check on the boys at Thomas' home on New Year’s Eve.

Police say that the boys were being mistreated by Thomas and it was at the Emery Hill Road Home that they noticed the tattoos.

Thomas is not licensed to perform tattooing, WGRZ reported.

Thomas has been charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
